What is the bedding configuration in each apartment?

7 x Studio’s with a Queen Bed

1 x Accessible Studio’s with two single beds

What are the ''check in'' and ''check out'' times?

Check in at 3.00 p.m.

Check out 10.00 a.m. (unless other arrangements have been made)

How do we gain access to our apartment when we arrive?

For convenience we offer a self check-in service. On the morning of your check-in date

you will receive and e-mail and text message that includes the Access code to the property.

Your access code will give you access to the front gate off Hoddle St, front door of the

property and your room.

Are the apartments serviced daily?

Short stay bookings are not serviced, servicing on short stays can be arranged at an additional cost.
Mid - long term bookings may include servicing at an additional cost, please contact to discuss.

Is all linen provided?

Yes, all studio’s come with bed and bathroom linen.

Is there secure car parking available?

If arriving by car, secure paid overnight parking is available at 35 Elizabeth Street, Richmond which is 450m /6min walk from the accommodation. There is also some limited free after hours street parking on New Street.  Please note you will need to make your own parking arrangements.

Do the apartments have lifts?

There are no lifts on the property.  We have 3 studio’s located on the ground floor that includes one accessible room and five studio’s on the first floor accessible by stairs.

What happens if I need to cancel?

When and how do I pay?

Booking through our website:
You will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee.  Payment can be made by Credit Card.


Long Term /Corporate Accommodation:
We offer a range of payment options for long term and corporate travelers, please contact us directly to discuss the best option for you.
